Shasta is perfect
Outstanding customer service! I had a few missing parts during 2 different checks. Overall contacting customer support proved to be beneficial. They even allowed us to send pictures and video to a direct number and FaceTimed to make sure we were satisfied. I absolutely love my sauna. The only slightly disadvantage is I wish it was taller. If you are 6ft you can’t stand in it. I don’t do that anyway but you should know. Also wish the red panel was placed in a way to get full body exposure instead of just one size.

The Peak Fuji Sauna is a great product
The Peak Fuji Sauna is a great product. It does everything they say it will. They have a shortcoming which they are working on recovering: their documentation leaves a lot to be desired. The good news is that when you contact them for an explanation or support, they promptly and thoroughly respond.

Great sauna. Some issues tho…
Great sauna. I love it overall. Deducting 1 star for marketing info and cosmetic damage that they (Peak) tried to pass off as acceptable. The spa says it comes with ‘Chromotherapy’. That consists of a color changing LED light strip OUTSIDE of the sauna. Also, I had some pretty good damage to my front panel, as well as weird issues with the stain and overall finish. Looks like crap. After some push back, they will be replacing the front panel. I use the sauna every morning and love it. What a great way to start the day.

Shipping was great
Shipping was great. However, I little more guidance on unpacking and assembly would have been great. Had to look at a couple of different videos to find the correct one.

Peak Denali
Peak Saunas has excellent customer support. Giving 4 stars for the following reasons: lead time on order was longer than advised/expected, directions were vague and one red light panel did not come with correct length electrical cord. That being said, Peak addressed all my concerns and I am very happy with my purchase overall.

It’s mostly Kim using it right now
It’s mostly Kim using it right now, even though we are away a lot these days. She’s getting used to it, having had a 3 person unit previously. It will be a nice Christmas present from us to us.

Staff were awesome throughout the sales…
Staff were awesome throughout the sales process. Would recommend the option to chat with a rep the day the sauna is unboxed. Would alleviate future questions. Or maybe a CBT on using the sauna for the first time. Clearly label the additional power cord that goes with the red light therapy. Finally, I would get a different for the call service. The voice sounds like what you get during SPAM phone calls
