Wow i cant say it enough. The quality surpassed my expectations at many levels. Woodmanship was a wow. Sauna wow havent tried redlights as i got wrong screw. Thst was the only pronlem. A good problem indeed the shipped it fast. Will try redlights in the morning. Im sooooo glad i bought from Peak Sauna. Oh yes, putting it together was a breeze! Im a proud owner. Thank you

There are two things that were not correct when I assembled the sauna. There’s no way to connect the seat to anything. More importantly, the screws to attach the red light were incorrect.

Purchased my sauna Feb 28 with the expectation of May 15 delivery. The team updated me irregularly on progress until I received a message from CEVA logistics in early August. I selected August 14 for delivery; left work to be sure I'd be home for delivery; nothing. That afternoon, I checked Ceva's website - they indicated Aug 21 for delivery. I changed it to Thursday the 20th. Took that afternoon off; nothing. Checked CEVA again - Aug 21 scheduled. Called Peak, called Ceva. Apparently, CEVA decided it was going to be delivered 8/21 whether I wanted that date or not - no clue why they even give you a choice if they decide when it was to be delivered. Oh, and the Sauna was actually in my area on August 14. I was furious, lost an entire of day of work. Don't use CEVA for delivery.

Great product

Ordering was very simple and straightforward. Once notified of delivery pending, it was a little confusing to follow the delivery through Peak. Freight company scheduled their own date w/o notification. I called to reschedule- no fault to Peak but I did not receive too much assistance to follow delivery real time. The product arrived perfectly. I had forgotten it needed to be tilted down to the floor, so with extra hands it was fine. Assembly wasnt too bad with four people. Three people would have been fine to assemble but would have been more challenging. We set it up fine but because of the distance I had from the outlet my contractor had to adjust the length which required sn additional part. There are a couple snall gaps in the floor connection to walls. Once turned on, it was just how described. Still learning everything but I love it. I find its a great mediation zone for me outdoors too. I find the red light therapy soothing, especially to calm any asthma symptons i may be experiencing. For reference I have the Patagonia model. We will get snow in a few months, so im looking forward to ses how it will operate in the winter and see if any adjustments need to happen for the very small floor gap. It is a beautiful product.

Outstanding customer service! I had a few missing parts during 2 different checks. Overall contacting customer support proved to be beneficial. They even allowed us to send pictures and video to a direct number and FaceTimed to make sure we were satisfied. I absolutely love my sauna. The only slightly disadvantage is I wish it was taller. If you are 6ft you can’t stand in it. I don’t do that anyway but you should know. Also wish the red panel was placed in a way to get full body exposure instead of just one size.
