Hands down- the best!

This in-person workshop was full of extremely valuable information. I definitely felt it was worth every penny. Tyler taught our class. He's so approachable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed learning from him. The class time could've easily shaved off 2-3 hours per day if the topic stayed on the material. We love hearing personal stories about family, but we have families, too, and we'd rather be home with them a few hours earlier rather than later. The sales pitch for mentoring was also overplayed. Most of us know going in that there will be a pitch to up-sell, and most of us have made up our minds before showing up whether or not we want to move forward with mentoring/coaching, so 1-3 hours per day spent pitching is overload and exhausting. These two time wasters are why I had to knock off a star, otherwise, I'd give 5 stars for sure. The slides printed in the booklet would be easier to take notes on if the background was white rather than black. Just an idea, would also save on ink. Overall, we learned a TON and had a good time at the workshop. Definitely the best, most in-depth, straight-forward information we've ever heard. Lots of tips, tricks, and experience-proven results. We would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend this workshop to anyone interested in multi-family investing. Now, we just need to take action! That's on us!

Tyler provided a great overview of the multifamily space. For some, it may be all they need but there are additional tools that he offers to help catapult you to success. This is also a highly motivational program and you will learn more about yourself than just the multifamily space. This is a mandatory course if you have any interest in real estate investing and Tyler and his team are legit.

You know you're in for a grift when you hear Tony Robbins and God in one sentence. Everything about this platform is made for one thing only...to separate you from your money. The unfortunate part of all of this is there really is very valuable information contained in the elaborate sales pitch. I would have gladly paid big money for the real details always kept just out of reach. They give you enough just to hang on a little longer. At the end of the day all of the support staff/ strategists are either old friends or relatives...when I tried to dig for details I received vague answers w/ little detail. Tyler is obviously a very successful and intelligent business man. However, they are not concerned w/ finding business partners in the local markets just selling their 40k Facebook grift. We never met one former student or heard any real stories of any previous students. Unfortunately this class is closer to television evangelism than education. Due to this fact, the poor souls that shell out their last few dollars are often elderly, immigrants, or ethnicities whom are uneducated as to how the world really works and are told if you do not shell out more money you are just angry and don't want it bad enough. Keep your facebook page and I will keep my 40K. I heard many times that you can't tell who has money. I think MFM should head their own advice! I went to lunch w/ several students that were ready to walk out immediately on day 2. These were individuals that are currently in the business. FYI - Just because they fill out some info anyone worth their salt never shows the real cards at first. This is all vey deliberate so as far as this being constructive...do what you are doing now stick to the suckers and morons that's your tribe!

I've attended 2 days of the 3 Day workshop with one final day to go, as an introduction into Multi-Family Real Estate. Jim and the team has given amazing content structured in a way anyone can understand and implement.
