Excellent mind blowing life changing seminar. Highly recommend for anybody looking to be involved in multifamily real estate. Tyler Devereaux and his team are extraordinary.

Team effort

It was a great 3 day worshop. It gives you a big picture on how the process works to invest in Multifamilies. All the staff was amazing! They make you feel super comfortable.

The Overall workshop was super informational and I met a lot of great people that are like minded not only that but the team of strategists and Jim Anderson himself were all super helpful and patient. I learned so much information that would have taken me forever to learn if I wouldn’t have went to the workshop

I really enjoyed the 3 day workshop. The presenter, Jim Anderson was very thorough in explaining everything. I was very impressed by other team members sharing their stories. I was drawn to Ellie Baxter being female in this business and I look forward to working with her.

Be willing to invest into the program it'll come back 10 fold. It's good to be scared, but with the network of people it will come easier to know that you are not alone. At the 3 day event it was great, and we'll put together, everyone wants to see you succeed but you have to want to see yourself succeed even more. What to expect is don't bring a notebook, because the book provided will be big enough to put your notes in. Also different color highlighters to help with note taking. Business cards or an app to pass along your info will be great too. Importantly being eager to learn what the program has to offer.

The information seemed good I did learn a little. I feel like 50% of the time y’all were trying to sale me on the mentorship which was not cool. Every ten minutes was a slide on what I was missing out. I paid money to learn not hear about a mentorship the entire weekend.
