I loved it! There’s so much to take away from being in the MFM energy space. Seeing how teachable this can be when applied properly is a great feeling. Tyler‘s energy is so infectious! He was clearly made for the stage, but I’m so glad he took a seat for a minute & created these great products for us to learn & grow upon🔥🔥🔥 THANKS TYLER!!!!

The 3-Day workshop is totally worth my time and money. It’s an overload of information in the best way. I have more confidence to committing my efforts into this business because the ROI is huge; life-changing even. I am grateful for Tyler and his passion to give back. I honor the time he sacrificed to pour into me; and I can’t wait til I’m in the position to do the same for others. We are blessed to be a blessing. Good experience and learned a lot !!! Mentorship is pretty costly and I know that knowing a lot information ain’t cheap,,, especially if I don’t have a partner..!!!!! It would work better if the mentorship pays for itself after the 1st deal,, is fair being that we are going to 2 or 3 % of the sale…!!!! That’s for the ppl that don’t have the money up front

I have learned so much just in these short, high level days. I can't wait to deep dive and learn everything I can about multifamily and change the future of my family forever. Tyler and his team do an amazing job of not only motivating and encouraging, but showing you step by step, how you you can make this lifestyle a reality

Would not recommend. This program is a scam. 60 days into the program and their lead underwriter tells us, the students, in an official training that the underwriting template is not really meant to be used in deals. Further, I submitted 4 deals to the fund and didn’t hear anything back. I addressed it with mfm and was told that they will not issue a refund and they will not update their templates. I am out 12,000 dollars. I asked all the coaches if they had experience and the coaches did not have experience in being gp side on deals within the last 6 months. Everything that was said at the 3 day event turned out to be completely false. Stay away.

I give 1 star on the grounds that at the first FREE seminar I asked if the next seminar I was considering signing up for ($1400) would be pushing to sell more products/services...."NO, absolutely not" was the right in my eye reply. And yet, I ended up spending three days listening to a chaotic presentation that was clearly deliberately jumping around to confuse and bewilder making you feel like you NEEDED the $40,000 mentorship they were pushing. I expected to pay for 3 days knowledge and information and guidance...Instead I paid for 3 days of mostly listening to testimonials of why the programs works! (That should have been the free seminar!) Then during the seminar, we were told numerous times we would never use our own money for these multifamily deals because we would use OPM (other peoples money). Yet day 2 they have us fill out a financial sheet saying to get used to filling out these kinds of form! When I call them out on it and tell them it sure felt like a $40,000 loan application, the presenter stumbled and backstepped and frankly didn't answer my very direct question very confidently. I honestly don't care if that's the route they want to go, but they could save a bad review and stop wasting peoples time that don't want to pay $40k for a mentorship if they would just answer the people smart enough to figure it all out honestly and upfront. They also said numerous times during the seminar that they have no problem giving refunds, they don't need our money anyway, they were providing a service...and yet when we asked for a full refund we were denied!

I think there should be a scouting agenda, like every workshop.
