I had a great experience. Jim did a wonderful job explaining the process of buying apartments and how important it is to be apart of an experienced team of people who do this on a daily basis, who have a proven record of being successful in buying and operating multifamily properties. I also met a lot of wonderful people with the same mindset.

The overall experience with MultiFamily Mindset was an amazing experience! We don’t have any real estate experience but I learned so much valuable information in 3 days. Initially the amount for mentorship was intimidating however the mindset I’ve learned prior to the workshop helped me understand that this is an investment for my family and my why! The strategist was authentic and genuine, he was not aggressive and allowed us to make our decision on our own.

MFM has been a game changer. Top notch coaches and instructors, outstanding and detailed education context and much more. As advertised and more!

Started slow , then the build up Everytime we go back to class, the excitement is always there for next reveal. Jim spoke from the Heart. I think thats what made it different.

More Questions than Answers

At this point I have many questions. I'm not sure if I am supposed to be assigned a coach or or if I'm supposed to randomly pick a coach and set a meeting? I'm kind of lost in the shuffle. We had someone when we initially signed up for 6 weeks. That was somewhat helpful but couldn't really answer any defined questions. Always mention that he would get back with the questions but never did and sometimes not very timely and responding to text messages

I have to say that from the beginning my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! From the 3 day training with Eric, Jim B, Brian(B-real), Corey, Jed and the lady( can’t remember her name at the moment)to the Fast track with Meaghan and Brett. This team of educational assassins gave me so much to strive for and look forward to. I just want to thank you all for everything you do to help motivate and propel us forward!
