serious place. unluckly i got locked to suspicious activities performing payments from several different emails. they investigated seriously my case. and with papers verification unlocked my payment method. professional way. top

My account my restricted for using paypal the same way i have for 7 years. Each ticket response time was over a day. Eventually unblocked the account, or so they said. Restrictions are still on the account even though they said they have been removed..guess i will wait another day for another attempt. It has been 5 days so far for a $20 purchase. Lets not even talk about the requirements on documentation they request. It is easier to open a bank account or register the birth of a child.
