Paycom has simplified all things HR! I am thankful to have used Paycom's products for over a year and a half. It saved me so much time to have the autonomy over my own information. It also made everything clear cut. I felt in control of my information and had a full understanding of my paychecks, benefits, and trainings.

I enjoy using paycom: it’s simple and easy to use. We use it to clock in and clock out and accessing it is very easy.

Paycom is a superior payroll system. In every aspect that our team uses it, we seem to be more and more pleased with it. I personally use it mainly for onboarding and general HR purposes. Paycom's self-onboarding feature is so smooth, easy, and efficient. It takes the brunt of the work off me to manually enter a new hire's information and efficiently takes the work the new hire does to complete their paperwork to automatically fill in their employee profile in paycom. What took me about 10-15 minutes to enter someone in our previous payroll system takes me less than 5 minutes total! it's easy, fast, and simple. Paycom is also incredibly responsive. In the past, we have seen slow response times/terrible customer service from previous vendors, but Paycom is consistently and quickly helpful. Overall, Paycom is a breath of fresh air in comparison to who we were with before. We love using Paycom!

My experience with the Paycom app has been absolutely nothing less than perfect. The app is extremely helpful and the easiest to use compared to all other apps that I have tried. The app is the most helpful with time management and the payroll section because it makes clocking in and out extremely easy. The payroll section of the app also makes it easy to know exactly how much I am getting paid, what taxes are taken out, and exactly how many hours I worked. Along with this, I find it very convenient that the app allows my paycheck to go directly to my bank account without the hassle of taking a check to the bank.

I find the mobile app to be user friendly. It's simple to use. Requesting PTO and viewing PTO balances is easy to do. It's also easy to view pasties and year end tax documents. Open Emrollmemt process seems to go smoothly utilizing the mobile app.
