We use all of Paycom's modules to ensure we have a full active HRIS system. I like how from a employees experience standpoint, they are assigned one username and password. This allows our employees to access timecards, documents and paystubs all in one system.

PayCom is very helpful in my work space

I worked for Paycom for a year and a half. I left the company due to an external event and not because I wanted to part ways. I would highly recommend Paycom the company as employment and the product as a user to anyone who asks. The product is very user-friendly, the app is unrivaled as far as the clean interface, ease of usage for users of all technology levels. As an employer I worked in the Recruiting department. Talking to candidates about Paycom was easy to do because I thought the company truly cared about me, my contributions and celebrated milestones. I did not meet a person at Paycom that I didn't enjoy working with. The company goes out of its way to make everyone feel accepted and connected. I absolutely loved working there and would say if you have the opportunity to work for this company, take it!

What i have enjoyed the most since my company switched to Paycom is their is only one app for all of the products we are using. It has made it much easier only having to sign in once and have access to everything. Would recommend from a user standpoint.

I have been using paycom for several years and it has become even more of an important resource for me since the start of COVID. Many trainings and learning opportunities that would normally be in-person switched to virtual session that were made available through paycom. It has been easy to access them both via the website and the app. Additionally, the app makes it very easy to access the time clock, update time cards, request time off, and access important documents while on the go.

I have been receiving Paycom paystubs for two years now. I have never had any problem understanding the paystubs, have always received them on time, and have always been paid correctly. Paycom has been easy.

Paycom is very quick to respond to any needs that we may have! The specialists are very friendly and easy to work with.

I have used a few different payroll services through previous employers, however paycom has been the easiest to navigate. The app is especially helpful because I can easily click in/out, access my timesheet, view vacation hours/request time off, and access online learning all from my iPhone.
