Paycom is the worst HRIS system that I have ever worked with. It is so complicated. Absolutely no help from our dedicated customer service rep. ADP Workforce Now is best system for a small to medium business.

From an employee point of view, the Paycom portal makes life easier. It is incredibly user friendly allowing for me to make any necessary changes to my profile without having to maintain and fill out additional paperwork.
