PayCom is very customer service oriented. They are on top of all regulatory updates. Their online system is user friendly and intuitive to use. I have used PayCom for over ten years and recommend them as the best payroll solution.

Paycom has been an exceptional partner across the board. We've been very pleased with the implementation process as well as the execution of our payroll platform now that we're live. I would recommend Paycom to anyone seeking to reduce the time it takes to execute payroll and secure paystub confidence among employees.

We made the decision to start using Paycom this year with our first payroll in July. It has been a wonderful transition! It used to take a few days to manually calculate timesheets and process payroll but now the process is so much faster and more efficient! Yes, there is a learning curve for everyone, however, our implementation team has been great and are quick to respond and help. I would not want to go back to the way we were doing payroll. Our employees love being able to see their paycheck before payday--it makes them feel more in control. I would recommend this payroll system!

Everything was going well till I realized they where adding in fees that cost over 1k with out saying anything and also messing up and trying to double pay my employees and when I bring this up as a concern they seem to have a hard time finding out what happened. Witch makes me not trust them. And the icing on the cake was when I said I had an issue with payroll amount befor the time frame for submitting it before fees. They don’t replay back till next day and say only why have you not wired the payroll yet. Then they say since it wasn’t paced in time now there is a fee. Not cool on my end when I have already reached out to them trying to contact them regarding the improper amount for the wire transfer. It was their fault for not getting back to the email took over 24 hours which is why I did not submit the payroll because they were trying to charge me $2500 too much. then when I said if you guys do not reverse the fee for doing the payroll late, then you could just send me my resigning letter and then the gentleman said not a problem where should I send it without even trying to correct what they have done wrong, so definitely not impressed. If there is a negative review, I definitely would give it and would not trust this company with my money or if you do, I would highly recommend you double and triple, checking your payroll and wire before you submit it because they hide fees without telling you.

My employees really like Paycom's app. As an HR, I love how the system is very robust, with tons of data and features. The report center is extremely easy to use, and I always have data easily accessible. The implementation is very detailed and I feel very confident with the training provided.

After 5 years, I would definitely not recommend Paycom. We looked at Paylocity, UKG (Kronos Workforce) and Paycom after a horrible update with Paychex. We ultimately went with Paycom as they would do onsite implementation and appeared to have great features that we wanted. However, now after 5 years we need something that works! We constantly have issues with their Tax services - very incompetent. They promote that they are a "technology company" - but how stupid is it that a Payroll Preview format is completely different from the Completed payroll report! It took 3 years to fix the Time Off accrual report because we have multiple companies and if we moved an employee from 1 company to another the report would pick up the accrual on BOTH COMPANIES. They finally put filters in the fix this. We will be starting to look at other companies as every time there is an update it is getting worse, not better. They FAIL to inform you prior to the update what the changes would be and allow you to opt-out. Not all updates should be able to apply! Be careful! I should have read the signs when we signed up - they promised 1 thing and had to implement something different (at a higher price of course) I'm not completely giving them a 1 score, because we have had great employees that have helped and I do see the potential. I'm growing impatient waiting for them to fix their area's of weakness and it is making the decision (although very complicated for us) to leave much easier!

Jasmine made the experience of learning Paycom exceptional. I just started working for ACDS the beginning of September and since I started here, Jasmine has made it possible to reach out and ask any questions or concerns I may have. She explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand how wording and organizing documents can make a major difference for our company. We went over updating documents, organizational charts and much more. Lastly, she even brought in some fun Paycom gear. I have a new water bottle that I use everyday.

The customer service provided by Paycom made our decision to go with them a no-brainer. After being with an online payroll service and not being able to receive consistent, reliable customer service, we were happy to find Paycom and their quality service at a reasonable cost.
