PaycomReviews of paycom.com

Paycom is the best! I'll never use another payroll software. The customer service I get from Paycom far exceeds any of the other major payroll softwares!

As a prior Paycom employee I knew I wanted to make the switch for my current company. We had previously been tracking time and PTO on spreadsheets and manually adding them into our prior payroll system. In January 2022 we switched and now the automated payroll creation with BETI means my payroll can take me as little as 10 minutes! Our employees have loved the PTO request process which has allowed them to see what they have available without coming to ask me. My Paycom Specialist has always been great to work with and is quick to respond. Next up is our first run of open enrollment for Benefits in Paycom instead of paper this fall! I am excited to see how smooth it goes with everyone participating through the system.

Paycom is a perfect fit for our small business. The app is easy to use, they provide great customer service, and more importantly gives our employees quick access to their pay, tax, benefits and PTO info!

I have been happy with the support from Paycom. They are very responsive.

It was a very helpful meeting. We discussed a lot of things that I feel will help me better use Paycom.

After dealing with Paycom over the last few years, and especially the last few weeks, all I can say is what a joke! If they answer the phone, professionalism is lacking and their response time on issues is slower than a snail's pace. My client is not tech savvy, so she is always at a loss trying to utilize their system, and no one there seems to care. They do not clearly communicate whether it’s regarding payroll reports, processes, or updates on ongoing issues. It's like they do not get the "big picture" and they have no idea of what process they are supporting. Most of the time you get the feeling you are dealing with a bunch of college kids just there to make a buck. However, I have had the pleasure of working with a couple of very competent individuals over the years. They either move on or they were just filling in for one of the forever vacationing or unavailable reps that unfortunately seem to be assigned to my client. Needless to say, building a rapport is nonexistent! Having to explain and reexplain every issue because you are just passed around from one rep to another is tiring and discouraging! Paycom's service itself seems to be fairly user friendly to me but I have worked with a lot of providers. I would not recommend this service for smaller businesses that may require more guidance and/or assistance. Unfortunately, clients are often on their own if they have questions or concerns because Paycom's customer service does not respond timely or provide solutions clearly or in a manner fostering the client’s confidence in their response. Paycom may be a joke, but they are no laughing matter if you’re one of their lesser valued clients!

We had a great experience for our client! The Paycom team was helpful and quick with transferring the data from our past payroll processor to Paycom. They followed up to ensure that payrolls were accurate, the setup was what we had hoped for, and even setup a Zoom call with our long-term client service specialist after initial setup.

The four years we have been on Paycom has been great! The app gives you access to everything you need at your fingertips. It's helped with the communication at our company, especially as we grow. Very pleased with the overall service we have received and would definitely recommend Paycom!
