Great customer Service and user friendly.

Horrible company. It took us 6 months to get converted to their crap software. They can maybe handle a simple payroll of 3 people with no job costing. Run as fast as you can from this company. A wanna be player in payroll field with no clue! I have over 25 years with many different platforms, this is the worst ever. Zero stars!

I have noticed that using Paycom is very easy to navigate. We are always learning ew tings with Paycom and the team sent to inform us are very good at providing the new information.

It was a rocky road to start but once we got everything updated and going, it has been wonderful. I like that all documents can be put in Paycom, Customer Service is great and payroll is easy to complete.

The sales engineers and customer support teams that I've worked with are all very knowledgeable of the product and were all very willing to help teach me how to use the tool. Every question I've asked has been answered thoroughly, accurately, and with a quicker response rate than any other company I've worked with. The tool itself is fantastic. It was clearly built with customer usability with nearly all use cases of the tool feeling simple (which is a hard task to achieve with software development). It's also clear that the entirety of the tool was built in-house as opposed to pieces being purchased from other software companies and poorly integrated into the product (as is the case with many payroll tools). Overall, great software, and a company that cares about their customers.

I enjoy using the Paycom app for easy access to documents, troubleshooting, and payroll tracking.
