I am sorry but this Payroll company is by far the worst ever. I thought they were new and cutting edge being on shark tank WRONG! We get so much wrong info , They have one name of our rep then to be told its not our rep the one we had was terminated and then to be told the department we need to speak to has no phone. I mean go with a longer running payroll company this one is a joke.

We had a smooth transition to Paycom. Everyone involved was excellent. They explained everything thoroughly and where very hands on. We have been using them for a few months now and are still learning things in the system. Overall, it is easy to navigate, and we like that the employees are now responsible for submitting their missed punched and time off requests.

The amount of information available to our employees now compared to our previous provider. It is like the curtain to their time and attendance, pay, and everything else was finally removed. Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive to any inquiry we have. Our integration of Paycom was smoothy then we originally thought, and our transition team made it so much easier. We are constantly at or above a 98% Direct Data Exchange rate, which has taken all the extra workload off the HR department. The features that are offered are far superior to what we had in the past, and we are finding out that Paycom integrates with almost all the benefits that we offer which help to reduce even more workload. The App, and website are super easy to use, and the multi-language feature is top notch.

I have been with Paycom since January of 2022. Paycom started out as a breath of fresh air for me after ADP majorly failed me while onboarding 500+ employees to their system. I had been pleased with the technology paycom offers and the fact that you get a dedicated specialist. Fast forward to 2023, I've had 4 different specialist with no explanation of why they have changed. I wouldnt mind except the service continued to decline with each new specialist either they were incompentent or negligent. Ultimately, I did undergo some organizational changes and informed paycom I would be terminating services with them. After informing them the services dramatically declined and I was informed that I would only have access to the system for 3 days after terminating. This was shocking as I still can access my ADP account that I had from 2021 and for good reason I often need to refer back for data. I winded up paying $5000 for extended access but this only gave me 90 days with a cut off date of 8/21/23. To my dismay they were unwillling to extend it to atleast the beginning of the new year so my $500+ employees could access w2's electronically. Instead I'll be tasked with mailing out all of these w2's. Disappointed in the exit from paycom.

Paycom has it all. It is a one stop shop for all HR needs from payroll to benefits to performance reviews. It's been a great experience.

Paycom is an amazing HR/Payroll program that covers all aspects of both. From garnishments to FMLA to Tax Center to ACA, they cover it all!! The implementation was AMAZING. The support was phenomenal! Customer Support is always willing to help with a smile. Everything runs so smooth.

As our first time getting set-up with the ACA process, this webinar was very informative and helpful to resolve the issues. It's also nice to have the availability to re-watch and learn how to correct critical, important and general issues.

The app/desktop works well and has all I need to quickly find information on an employee. Also from an employee standpoint it gives he/she more control over their own info. Changes made are done by the individual who owns his/her own info. Easy to use!
