Our TSR has been wonderful to work with. Every step of the way he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I knew I could reach him at any time (day or night) and he would be available to assist. Implementing a new HRIS system is obviously a huge task and I contribute all our success to our rep Kurt! Of course, with any implementation, there were bumps along the way and issues. But I always knew we would work as a team to get those issues figured out. Working in the Paycom system has been smooth and easy to learn and I enjoy the employee self-service interface. Our managers have had positive things to say and are all excited about the changes we have been able to make to our organization due to Paycom being implemented.

Easy to use and follow.

My experience mainly comes from my previous working experience with Paycom, so I'm familiar with how the system works. However, I've seen my co-workers, who do not have the same experience as I do, often struggle with utilizing the system the way it is intended. They aren't able to get clear and consistent guidance on how different modules are supposed to work from different departments within Paycom. I think Paycom has a lot that it already offers but is getting in it's own way with new developments when there is significant room for improvement on current features that can drastically improve the working life of HR professionals.

Specialist could be more free for questions or concerns. Seem very busy and too many clients.

The transition to PayCom as a payroll service has been good. Information gathering and training started early enough that we were not rushed. Training is done in one to two hour increments so you do not lose your focus. All sessions are recorded so you can refer back to the video if you have questions. There is built in help documentation that is easy to navigate. Once you have finished training you have an assigned long term specialist team to contact that are easy to get a hold of.

Our customer service rep, Chloe, has been one of a kind. All of my questions were answered prompted by Chloe, any issues that I faced were quickly addressed and she even went above and beyond when there were issues with another vendor that was partnering with Paycom and our company. Other members of Chloe's team have been great as well, but Chloe sold the Paycom on her customer service and relatability. We moved from manual processes, and I remember being told in the first meeting, that the hardest part was going to be actually moving to Paycom, and once that decision was made, Chloe took care of the rest. We had a lot of work to do on our end with pulling reports, but the expertise of Chloe's team made sure that we had everything we needed to move forward.
