We have had a wonderful experience with Paycom!
We have had a wonderful experience with Paycom! They are always continuing to improve their systems to bring the newest and most efficient technology. It has eased our administration burdens significantly. Our Paycom Specialist, Miracle Grayson, and her team are always helpful in making sure any issues we have are solved! We also have had a great experience working with our Client Relations Rep, Autumn Waggoner. She is always so helpful during our best practices and makes sure we are having the best experience with Paycom.

I love having so many needed resources…
I love having so many needed resources able to be managed through ONE app! Also, I love the visibility and transparency on every level.

Great Implementation and Great HRIS System
The Implementation Team made my experience great especially Valerie. I love using Paycom we use it for Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Reviews, PTO, Time & Attendance, ACA, Benefits Enrollments.

Excellent service from all the…
Excellent service from all the specialists or representatives that we've dealt with. They are very helpful with suggestions and troubleshooting. Check-ins are consistent as well so I think that's a great deal.

Paycom’s customer service is awful
Paycom’s customer service is awful. The person is so tone-deaf. She offered 0 help and failed to answer the question, only knew how to repeat whatever her script is. I would not recommend using their service.

Paycom is A1!
I am consistently amazed by the added value Paycom brings to our everyday HRIS needs. Our sales partner (Claire) is wonderful and always available if we have questions, and our Support Specialist (Kari Briggs) is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always helpful.

The set up/implementation was rushed…
The set up/implementation was rushed and only after working in the program for a few months have we been able to recognize the faults.
