The ease of use on Paycom's system is what made my experience great!! I feel like it fit the unique needs of my company so that we can operate with efficiency. I am on the go and often not in my office. Great to just login to the app and take care of what's needed.

What a difference in customer service! We have been using ADP for 20+ years, and Paycom, by far, has the best customer service. Austin answers his phone with one or two rings. ADP, you need to go through all these hoops just to reach someone, and then you get transferred again to voice messages. Paycom is highly recommended.

the company i work for started using pay-com in june of 2023. from the start, paycom couldn't get things right. this involved nearly every employee in our factory. the taxes weren't calculated correctly, they made us change our pay day to suit them, our checks were not being delivered on time even after they changed our pay day, making some of us wait 3-4 days to receive our pay. and now, as of feb. 15, 2024, we still have not gotten our w-2 forms. who would want to keep a company that has failed so many times? the employees were never involved in using paycom, it was just crammed down our throats, and this is what we get.

From the very first initial call with Paycom with Brendan, I was treated as an individual with individual needs for my company. I was walked through options that I need currently and ones for my future growth. Paycom has already supported me with 3 new hires and tons of saved time on payroll, PTO management, the hiring/onboarding process, and so much more! I am somewhat difficult to please because I expect a high standard of customer service and support when paying for a service, but Paycom comes through EVERY time and I am beyond please! Thank you Brendan, Jacob, and the entire Paycom team! It feels great to have trust in and support from you all!

Paycom was barely decent. Quality customer service did not extend past implementation. Oh, and if you decide to leave them, download every report you might need because they will remove your access to the platform and not give you anything... including W2s.
