We are extremely pleased with both the program (ease of use, especially by employees, and versatility) and the quality of the people we have worked with at Paycom.

Terrible Customer service. Their 800 number people don't even know their own system. Issues are not resolved. They constantly push you to automate everything when they can't even fix small issues such as deductions or earnings. It's laughable that I could "save" time by having them incorrectly pay all of my employees. "Save Time and Money" It's misleading advertising.
