The only thing worse than Pax products is the terrible customer service they have. Their products fail before 2 years but they refuse to follow up on warranty claims until you just have to report them to your states attorney general.

Paid premium price for pax four. Within weeks it went on sale for about 25% off. I accepted that. Within two months the device starts warping and I contacted customer support and got fed ai generated generic advise. I’m appalled. This is not premium. Do not buy from Them. I will update my review if they resolve this.

I will never ever buy or recommend pax to anyone. I have had the pax 3 years or two ago stopped working within the year no communications from pax. This January I bought the pax plus today after only 4 months it’s done the exact same things stopped working won’t heat up blue flashing lights. I look after my vape never drop it I always clean it. Do not by pax. Trust me

Ich muss sagen das was ich mit Pax erlebt habe war der beste Kundenservice ever! Ich habe mir 2019 einen Pax 3 gekauft der zehn Jahre Garantie auf die Batterie hat. Vor einem Monat hat er sich plötzlich nicht mehr einschalten lassen ich habe ohne Wein und aber ein neues Gerät geschickt bekommen. Der Kundenservice war extrem freundlich extrem und kompetent! Auf alle meine Fragen wurde sofort eingegangen und mir wurde wirklich gut geholfen! Da gibt es Hersteller die nicht zu kundenfreundlich sind wie zum Beispiel Storz und Bickel. Das muss ich leider auch schon am eigenen Leib erfahren. Die könnten sich eine Scheibe von dem Kundenservice der hier geboten wird abschneiden!

I made a one time order of gummies from this company. They continue to send and bill for more every week. The is no one to contact there as they do not answer their phone. Tried via chat yet they continue to send. Do not do business with these guys!!!

$350 Pax Flow stopped working after two months. Customer service rejected my 2 year warranty request due to me removing the mouthpiece after they instructed me to do it to verify serial number even though they have record of the sale.

Purchased Pax Flow, what a mistake! Oven lid keeps popping off - it was better on the bottom. Impossible to get the screen off to clean, and I tried many ways. Did the design team even try this product?

I got Pax to respond twice after titling the email “Escalate to Management for Lack of Response” I think they use AI to respond until you create a red flag so that a human looks at it.
