I am very happy with the selection of cute items you can pick from and that you personalize them. My shirt was shipped in no time at all. The quality is great. I have told lots of people about the website. I k ow I will be purchasing more soon for gifts. The cats are so cute and look just like mine. I am very happy with my experience!

I ordered my first cup at like 430 am in the dark and realized the GSP was too dark... There was another darker color code for the GSP and I changed it last minute and they sent me the incorrect one and the correct one a week or two later when I thought there was no way they would fix the problem... But they did at no extra cost or issue for me... Thank you pawsionate... I will be ordering more apparel later this year

I purchased a coffee mug the pictures are beautiful but unfortunately they are only stickers they are not stuck on straight and not stuck properly so cannot be used as soon as I tried to wash it everything came off. Very disappointing.
