Great products excellent service

I have sent many complaints re my order. (Order no PAWS1368626590) Have had only one response (we’ll get back to you within 24hrs) Product decal was blurry one side & not positioned properly the other, so disappointed. Don’t buy from them. No helpful communication at all.

Great products at a fantastic price.

I contacted customer service to inquire about modifying one of the Father's Day Mugs, which I had purchased, to say instead, Merry Christmas. Customer service responded immediately, checked with their design staff, and was able to make it happen. I was very pleased with their promptness in their responses and in making the mugs to my specifications. Excellent customer service and the mugs will be great Christmas gifts to our friends!

Avoid at all costs - the quality of their products is terrible. Please trust the many many negative reviews and don’t waste your money. Zero after care, a company that simply couldn’t care less

I paid for a “premium” quality pink t-shirt that I personalized with exact breed of dog and color that I want. The dog was supposed to be a white pug, but the t shirt came with a pink pug. What you see online is not what you get. And I believe the premium option is a scam to get more money because there is nothing premium about this t-shirt.

The sweater is absolutely beautiful and perfect. My son will love it! The character looks exactly like him. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
