It is the second time ordering from Pawsionate. The whole voyage from ordering until my package arrives in my mailbox is informative and reassuring. - my package is travelling from USA to Denmark. This time, my order was a mobile cover. I know, the figures are “childish”, but so sweet with my 3 beloved dogs, and my cover is pointed out by friends asking: what is this ! And we are all having a smile, and I show where to by - to have your daily smile ❤️

Ordered a 20 ox tumbler with an image of my wife and our two cats. Image maker on site let you adjust the likeness. They came pretty close. My wife loves the tumbler. Took approximately two weeks to receive the item from order date to delivery date. Updates were plentiful. I would recommend to a friend.

Order a Christmas jumper with my pets on it! Delivery was quick considering I live in the UK. The quality is absolutely terrible! Its cheap see through material, bit of it arent sewn right and there are lines all the way down the jumper. The print quality is terrible too. I have emailed the company to request a replacement that actually looks like it does online as it is a lovely idea but i paid £35 for this and it is just awful.

this parcel travelled around the world for 7 months as it had the wrong address on it. But instead of asking about the address they continued to put it back in the post (as it was returned to sender) and send it on another trip. Finally, the mistake was picked up after almost 7 months and now they want $37 to reprint the hat (even though they have it as it was returned to them!) Horrible company don't shop from them.

I absolutely love it, it's very good quality and very bright and vibrant. It's definitely going on my Christmas tree come Christmas. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
