Fast delivery great product quality . I received the phone case cover with a photo of my golden retriever . I showed it to everybody I know and they were so impressed they will be ordering for gifts for their family.

The item received is even nicer than in the photos, the shipment was fast with constant tracking updates, I would deffinitely recommend it for all animal lovers, really nice gift ideas for yourself or loved ones

All three items i ordered were excellent. The price was good and the tracking was so good it was getting a bit too much. Still it was nice to know where the items were as they travelled. Very pleased

Able to choose and customise a sincere, personalised gift! Great communication, dispatch was fast and shipping was great. Highly recommend this business for great, personalised gifts!

Received my order, unfortunately the material is not what I would say is sweatshirt material. The item itself is great as a gift, but I purchased it for someone who can only wear particular materials. My issue was resolved after a few emails and help from the company.

Review of Pawsionate – My Experience I recently purchased a Christmas jumper from Pawsionate for my daughter, customized with a beautiful print of her and her dog. The ordering process was smooth, the item arrived well within the estimated delivery time, and the print quality itself was very good. Unfortunately, the sizing was a major issue. The jumper fit well everywhere except the length — it was far too short to wear comfortably. I contacted Pawsionate Support to explain the problem, but was told they were unable to offer a return or refund. Instead, they offered a $20 discount if I chose to reorder the jumper. I found this response very disappointing. In my opinion, this approach to customer service feels unfair, especially when the product’s sizing didn’t match expectations. This experience has left me with a bitter taste and, most importantly, a very disappointed daughter. I’m sharing my experience so other customers can be aware of potential issues before ordering from Pawsionate.

The products I purchased are of great quality. The best part was receiving all Luna’s emails. She totally kept me up to date on Binkle’s progress. I’m definitely ordering again from your company. It brought a smile to my face when I read all the email notifications.

The company is very reliable. Their service A+. I will keep ordering from them as needed.
