I ordered two items from this company but on separate orders. The item I ordered first was confirmed and received in a reasonable amount of time. The second item was confirmed but I never heard anything else about it. I finally inquired about it and was informed it was being made. The same day I asked them if I could change the address and was told no because it had already been shipped. I received it about a week later.

I LOVE my shirt! The quality was much better than I expected, and there was a quick turnaround from order to receipt. I will definitely order again!

OK, so I am a bit skittish about ordering anything from FB ads because I have been disappointed in the past with poor quality items. But the Pasionate t-shirts were SO cute, I decided to take my chances....and my order exceeded expectations! I ordered the "This human belongs to..." t-shirt for my granddaughter, who is crazy about her little dog. The quality of both the t-shirt and the printing was great. The printed design is soft and flexible, unlike the thick, hard, poor quality printed designs I received from other companies. I have already ordered several other items for Christmas presents. SO...take it from me, a VERY picky shopper, that the items from this store are great, and customer service is outstanding. I am so happy with what I ordered. My granddaughter's birthday is on Thursday and I am already anticipating her little squeals of joy when she sees this t-shirt.

I LOVE my tshirt! I've ordered their "Faith Hope Love Dog" tshirt in women style. It's a super cute and creative design, and its print is very nice. Their customer service was also the best I've ever experienced in the US! They responded to all my emails and guided me about size, style and fabric, to make sure I'd be happy with my purchase. They truly strive for costumer's 100% satisfaction. I'll order more tshirts from them when their new designs comes.
