Super product and great service!

I ordered 2 ornaments on November 23, 2022. I was exceptionally pleased with my order. Both ornaments came and they were double-sided and beautiful. I then ordered another one on Deceber 17 for a friend that had just lost her furbaby. The second experience was totally different. I received the ornament and it was printed on one side only. After emails back and forth, they finally tell me that they changed it to a one sided ornament as of November 26. How dare I order an item I ordered a couple weeks prior and expect to get the same thing? They politely told me that there was nothing they can do to make it right as they had done nothing wrong.

Can’t say enough for this quality night shirt, my wife is very impressed with the material and custom work to put her name and our spoiled Irish doodle Finn name on it. Well worth the purchase and when you order they update you as the order is processed. I would hope all online companies would strive to be this good.

I ordered my tshirt almost a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. As it’s Christmas you expect some delays but my issue is that it’s been sent to the wrong country! It hasn’t moved in over a week from there either. I’ve messaged on Insta and fb. I’ve emailed several times and it takes days for them to respond with a generic statement about uplift and flight cancellations, but that it has arrived in the destination country. They seem to ignore the fact I’ve told them repeatedly I don’t live in that country. I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund and surprise surprise that is ignored too. So I guess I’ll have to request a charge back with my bank. So frustrating.
