Easy to order Great delivery Loved items ordered

I ordered 2 different shirts for 2 recipients for Father's Day gifts and they both loved their shirts. The quality is great and the fit is as well. Highly recommend!

{Back Pawsionate is . I was so excited to order from this company. Super cute Father's Day shirts I knew our special Dad would love. However, I found the online ordering confusing. The website wouldn't allow me to choose shipping to be faster and I was unable to adjust it in the 3 hour time they give. Their customer service only responds 12 to 18 hours later. As I said the site was confusing when it came to payment. I order from everywhere....I live downtown and it just easier. When I inquired about my item I was met with snarky comments how it was all my doing that my item was gonna be late. Awesome. Thanks for that nice response and concern. To then never get my item. So l have to contact CS again. They addressed the email to KAREN…..instead of my name. Very unprofessional....at this point the item is moot it was suppose to be a gift for Father's Day. I accept I messed up my delivery time....I was told to call USPS myself. To ask my neighbors…I've never experienced 12 to 36 hour customer service responses as a normal. That's shameful in this day and age. I'm hopeful they refund because I'd like to order from a different company to replace the tainted BS item never received from Pawsionate.

Product came out beautiful! However, shipping and tracking could use a lot of work!
