Con job couldn’t Evan understand a…
Poor service, this company according to the delivery people put the wrong address on my delivery and it went somewhere in Geelong not to WA they have done nothing to rectify there mistake kept my money thought.these people are such liars the address was given as clear as possible and they have done nothing to help these people are garbage

This customer provided an incorrect shipping address. We have offered to remake and resend him the package with discounted price but he insisted that we have missent his package. He opened a claim with Aramex but provided them with incorrect reference number so they had given him information on a random package. This caused even further confusion.

Fabulous, Adorable, Unique
I saw Pawsionate's ad, checked out their website and reviews, and immediately ordered a Pawjama shirt of my dog, Roxie, and me. It arrived quickly, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's a durable Gildan shirt, made very well, and the imprint is adorable and true to life. I then ordered the Snuggle night shirt for myself, and for a friend as a Christmas gift. I also forwarded the ad to my cousin, who immediately ordered one for his wife. If you love your pet as much as I do mine, treat yourself to this shirt!

Missing shipment replaced!!
I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!
