Just have to comment on you expecting a customer to reply within 3 hrs, when you email, like we have nothing better to do, especially this time of year. Plus, as I said when I placed my order on Dec 8th & paid your outrageous expedite fee to receive my order before we left on the 15th. Basically I debated if $40 was just too much for a mug. Wish I'd listened to my instinct. Thanks for nothing! Delivering on the 16th did nothing for me. IT'S JUST WRONG!! We're already gone & we have no coffee mug.

Second experience was as positive as the first: wide range of options for personalization, easy-to-navigate website, smooth purchase transaction.

Don’t buy from this company. They take your money and don’t deliver. And if you try to contact them they don’t respond. Reply to their reply: they said they would get back to me within 12-48 hours. I waited 4 days before I opened the dispute. The vendor finally wrote me back, after I wrote them on their website, via email, and via Facebook. They demanded proof that I didn’t receive the item. I don’t know how to prove you didn’t receive something, so I photographed the one item I did receive, inside their mailing box, to demonstrate that it wouldn’t fit two items. I heard back from them days later, offering me the option of a refund or a replacement “within 8-14 business days.” Since the cup was bought as a holiday gift, 8-14 days would be too late. Still, I responded saying that I’d started a dispute with my credit card company but would be happy to withdraw the dispute if I were to receive the item. The next communication from them was on this site as well as an email implying that they were going to fight the dispute AND not send the item. I wish them good luck with that. I sent my credit card company all of my correspondence with them. I repeat my initial review - don’t do business with them.
