Perfect
You get exactly what you order. Delivery was much quicker than I thought it would be. They keep you up to date on every step of your order. I would recommend.

Be aware if you buy from this company…
Be aware if you buy from this company and the size runs super small and you can't wear it. Your screwed as I was. My girlfriend has a whole closet of large shirts and sweatshirts. So I ordered a XL so she can wear a tee shirt underneath. No way could she wear the XL I ordered. These crooks refused to refund.no morels in business from these guys!!!!

Personalized mug
I was hesitant at first about ordering, but, the mug advertised had my exact feelings about my fur-baby that I recently lost. I’m glad I ordered. I love the mug and Pawsionate made it easy to order. I received it very quickly and it was packaged very well.
