I would have given them a five but the sizes run small.

What's advertised is not what I received. I was sent the most cheap looking poorly printed mug I've ever seen. The picture on it was poor quality. You pay for what's advertised as a premium product but what u receive it poor quality rubbish from China that you could buy from directly for a fraction of a price. They make money from passing their orders into a warehouse in China, where it takes a month to be delivered from. They don't allow refunds or returns stating they have good reviews as the reason. Save your money and avoid!!

It was very easy to personalize my tumbler, purchase was easy, delivery I believe came a day early. It looked beautiful, I like the lid, it seals well enough to be able to give it a shake or two without leaking.

I never received the item. Tracking showed it was delivered to package area of community mail box. However I did not receive it. I know theft occurs every day. What bothered me alot was Pawsionate's response to the email I sent reporting it. I got a generic reply with instructions on how to get the key out of my mail box and open the community mailbox. Insulting to say the least to imply that Im dumb and dont know how to utilize a community mailbox. I feel it was dismissive as well. Message I clearly got from their customer service is we don't give a damn if you had an issue
