Worst company ever. I bought a Christmas present for my brand new niece in November. Apparently they shipped it from another country and all their tracking keeps saying is the package is on its way. Don’t even know if it will be here before Christmas and they live on the other side of the country so if it isn’t here when they visit for Christmas i will have to ship it to them-if it ever shows up

I got to choose my puppy face which looks exactly like my dog! My hairstyle is so me. The colors are perfect. The tshirt is comfortable. I love mine!

I received my orders and they were nicely done. The only downfall is they come from China and are difficult to track they also take extra time for delivery so plan wayyyy ahead of time.

They sent my gift for christmas to the wrong building, wrong unit number, didn't get back to me for almost a week. They don't have a customer service phone number like Amazon. When the company figured out their mistake they asked if I could knock on there door, a stranger's door and ask, "Hey did you grab a stolen package that belongs to me." Basically putting a crippled soldier in harms way. Please don't buy anything from them, 80-20 percent chance that you might not get your package. Said hey we're busy, so lookout for your package in another 12-17 days, no express shipping for their screw up, no discount. Guess how many people i'll refer to there company, none. If anything I will make sure people don't use the website which was found on facebook.

I ordered a mug for my daughter for Christmas on Thanksgiving. I never received an email confirmation, even though my credit card was charged. Here it is, almost 3 weeks later. No mug. No responses to email or phone calls. Nothing. I am out over $40 and can't get the company to respond back to me. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I received my merch. I love it! Very cute. It will look good in my car. Windshield sun protector. I wish I could send a picture but this source won't allow it.

This is a Christmas gift they have no clue about it yet thank you 🙏
