Asking the right questions and letting you talk through everything about your one and only pet, while still walking away with real answers, that's what a good visit should feel like, virtual or not. Being a worrier when it comes to your dog just means you love him well, and having a place that helps you stay on top of his health can take a lot of that weight off. The 24/7 line being that easy to reach, especially when something's thorough enough to actually assess what's going on rather than just brushing it off, is exactly the kind of reassurance a worrier needs. This kind of note makes the whole team's week. Two visits in for your dog already, and now getting your cat set up too, that says a lot about the trust you've placed in us, and we don't take that lightly. Knowing your boys don't have to go without care because of cost is exactly the gap we built this for, and hearing it's making a real difference means everything. The care files seem to be landing well too. Having something concrete to reference between visits, instead of a vague "keep an eye on it," makes a real difference, especially juggling more than one pet. Vets don't always leave detailed notes, so having a place to go back and see recommendations laid out clearly is a nice extra layer of support. And bundling all of this into your Walmart Plus membership, with insurance options on top, just makes it easier to say yes to when things are already tight. Go ahead and get your cat squared away. We'll be ready when you are, and we're glad your boys have you looking out for them.

Twenty minutes on a Friday night is not bad at all, and getting real guidance on a swollen eye right when you needed it makes that wait worth it. Glad your pup got looked after so quickly.
