I honestly was always weary of this app because I felt I was always getting recommended to go to my local vet however having a vet is very pricey. With that being said I had a hard time believing I was actually talking to a real human as well until I video chatted with a live person about my cat symptoms. Pawp is a very good app for when you have common questions somebody is always there to help as long as you're willing to wait in the wait area but somebody will assist and it's not AI it's somebody live. They also go over a bunch of questions to figure out what would improve your cat's or dog's health which I find very helpful so that way I know how to be a good cat mom.

That skepticism makes sense, and we're glad the video chat won you over. Knowing there's a real person on the other end, not AI, changes everything when you're worried about your cat. The wait area can test patience, but getting real answers about her health is worth it. Sounds like you're already a thoughtful cat mom.
