They were very helpful. They gave me a lot of resources a lot of other medicine that he could take for supplements that could help them a lot and open my eyes to know him drinking more water somehow getting him to drink more water and him going to the bathroom more often because he has a urinary track problem and so that helped me a lot to know that so and you go in the bathroom more often afterwards you know good to know that’s how Stone’s form so I was really enlightened about what he said, and I really appreciated all his good help!!

It’s so easy to connect with a vet online. I’ve had two instances where I had to chat with a vet and I was connected to them in less than an hour. They’re real people and not AI. I felt I was able to ask questions and get good feedback. It’s highly convenient!

I had this emergency coverage and upon using it I was told by their vet tech that my dogs condition could be life threatening and needed to be seen right away. Upon their advice, I took my dog to an emergency clinic and submitted the claim. They denied it stating it was not in the emergency based on the veterinarians actual report even though they are the ones who told me to go so I did because I was scared of losing my dog. Fortunately, my dog is now fine, but I would have never taken her to emergency if I hadn’t been told to do so by them, their false diagnosis cost me over $1000!

I'm hoping pawp makes this right. Ive been an active, paying customer since October 2021, only using it once before in 2024. Recently, pawp switched partners(which also increased the price). I filed a claim for the emergency funds and was denied as during the waiting period?! I appealed and if they stand by the waiting period denial when they did not disclose at any time that my waiting period would restart, I will be canceling my service..

They are available whenever i need them without waiting long periods of time. They are very knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. Very reassuring and they guide you in the right direction. I have used them a few times and it has been very good experiences.

Pawp did not cover anything when my pet had cancer but not only that they continued to charge me even after he passed. I cancelled the membership and they still continued to charge me and when I asked for reimbursement they gave me $17! For 4 months of charges. This was the most difficult time of my life and they took advantage of it. Editing my review with their response when I asked for a refund, they’re reply was… “We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately but only a pro-rated refund can be provided for the most recent charges, We recommend contacting your financial institution for further assistance on this matter. They'll be able to better assist you at this point. Pawp”
