If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. My dog had an unexpected life threatening situation. It was so reassuring to call pawp and be told no problem. They activated the fund and he was able to get everything he needed. I didn’t have to make decisions for him based on money. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Danielle was very helpful and reassured me. I felt as if she understood my concerns and that she listened to my needs.

The vet help me with the questions I asked about our cat . He was attentive to my needs .

I haven’t had to use this yet, but I feel that my fluff is protected because I have this. Also, your communications are excellent.

They were pretty straight forward with what my dogs problem seemed to be.

I originally got this paw insurance because one of my dogs was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia and they said she might require blood transfusion one day. I ended up adding both my dogs to this emergency insurance just in case. Little did I know my other fur baby had an emergency and after video chatting with 2 different vets it was determined he needed emergency assistance. They made me feel confident in taking him in wherever we could to get seen for whatever he needed and they would take care of it. Let me tell you, that night everything happened so sudden and I was concerned and worried about my little guy. I am so glad I had Pawp to confide in. It was easy to get ahold of someone since they are a 24/7 service and I called them right before midnight. Jaz was wonderful, she helped me get situated during and after the ER clinic assessed my dog. She personally called them and everything was taken care or from their end and I left so relieved that my baby was going to get treated with everything he needed to get better and not hesitate about how we were going to afford it. Thank you Pawp, you all truly care and I for sure know now you all will always be there for us fur parents in unexpected emergency situations. My little guy fully recovered this morning and the vet said he was glad they recommended we seek immediate attention when we were advised to.

I will be 100% totally honest here. When I signed up for PAWP I wondered if I was just signing up for something that was a scam, boy was I wrong! We had an emergency with our goodest boy Tut and was worried knowing that his visit was going to be a spendy one and we were right it was a $4000 visit I initiated a emergency chat with PAWP and within 20 mins my emergency fund was started. I cant Express how thankful we are to having that $3000 help it took a HUGE load off our shoulders. Will I recommend PAWP? YES 100% I have already recommended them to ALL my family and friends that have furbabies! PAWP you ROCK!!! Thank you again!!!
