Video chat was short and to the point, which I was grateful for in the face of an emergency. Everyone was so kind and understanding and my emergency bill was paid! Buying Pawp for my other 4 dogs!

I am yet to use my emergency funds but it gives me a piece of mind knowing its there. My dog is 14 years old and in good health so far. Any pet i have ever had has always been an easier keeper up into their senior years. An emergency issue usually accuse out of no where and the treatment they need i can never afford to save them. I am so happy i have pawp and have recommended it to friends, family, and clients for their loved ones.

Our dog Be be was having difficulty being comfortable, going back and forth multiple times and not staying in one place. We thought he might be constipated and have him 2 teaspoons of olive oil. I decided to ask one of the vet as if I could give bebe another dose in four hours. They were very considerate and knowledgeable. They recommend a probiotic that would help his tummy problems. I am so happy we have Paso for all our pets.

Unfortunately, my precious dog, Lolli had an accident. I was so devastated, I forgot to follow the recommended procedure as outlined by Pawp. My sweet Lolli died as a result of her injuries. These kind people still helped me by paying some of her medical bill even though I was wrong for not following procedure. This was a huge relief. I can not thank them enough for empathizing with my pain and compensating me as much as they could. Please try Pawp.

Our cat Joa had an intestinal issue and we were very scared and couldn't reach our vet. We'd already used the emergency fund a few months ago, but realized that we could still use the video chat so we popped online and had a veterinary technician on the line within a minute. I'm sorry I can't remember her name (we were more than a little stressed at the time!), but she was AMAZING! She took almost 40 minutes with us on the video call, asked tons of questions, really took her time (in a good way), helped keep us calm, and by the end of the call we felt so much more relaxed and confident that we knew what to do next. We're VERY grateful for the amazing service with Pawp and will be keeping our subscription as long as we have pets.

I wanted to leave a review regarding Pawp Pet Insurance. Pawp came through for us when we needed it the most. My dog started vomiting and had severe diahreah. I reached out to my veterinarian and they instructed me to take him to the ER immediately. I quickly called Pawp and did a video chat with their vet. She had some brief questions for me and did an evaluation of my boy. She agreed it was emergent and made funds available. I honestly can't thank Pawp enough, this could have been a life or death situation. My boy spent 2.5 days in the ER, unsure if he had eaten something poisoning etc. After numerous test and my boy getting care 24/7 he is slowly making a full recovery. If it weren't for Pawp we never could have afforded the 4000.00 plus Bill. We are forever grateful and I highly recommend not to think twice about getting your pets covered. Huge thank you to Pawp for allowing us to get our boy the help he needed!
