“You’re 3,321st in line. About 27 hours remaining” This service is a joke. Lol When this came up on my screen I couldn’t help but bust out laughing. But on a serious note. This is really terrible for people who truly need an experienced outlook for assistance with their pet. Pawp service is not worth the time of day even if you get the service free. And they sell pet insurance that doesn’t actually ever qualify for anything. Great idea, terrible execution.

I signed up for Pawp through a T-Mobile offer using my phone number, which included automatic renewal at the end of the trial period. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the recurring charges until I noticed them on my bank statement. When I contacted Pawp support to request a refund, they stated, 'Per our Terms of Service, we're unable to provide a refund for membership fees under any circumstances.' They also claimed they had sent a renewal reminder email to my registered address and verified its delivery. However, since I signed up using my phone number, I never received any renewal reminder email in my inbox.

Junie is limping and he had me worried but the vet I spoke to make everything feel better. Today he has an appointment with the chiropractor. Thank you Caitlyn at Pawp!

total garbage. poor customer service, poor service, debatable business.

This company’s whole business model relies on people forgetting to cancel their membership fee. They offer free trials everywhere but drag their feet sending password renewals so that they can eventually charge their auto renewal which they say is non refundable regardless of how quickly you cancel. I originally also got an email upon cancellation that my benefits ended immediately but once I asked about a refund then their tone changed and my benefits continued for the year so no refund would be applicable. Never had another company not offer a prorated refund when canceling right after an auto renewal. Even Amazon offers that. The way the support responds, you can tell this auto renewal is how they make their money. Ultimately, support your local vet, but if you insist on using this service for some reason be very very very careful not to forget your password and cancel your account weeks in advance.

This company tried to charge my credit card for $99. and I have never signed up for their services. Not sure how they got my account number.

They are always so helpful. Give great advise and follow up after visit to see how my furbabies are doing.
