WOW - Can't Be Trusted
Seriously slimy company. They will tell you they sent a renewal notice via email but I searched and found nothing except the cancelation confirmation email. I signed up through T-Mobile and did forget about it but they were pretty rude and unhelpful when I tried to chat with customer service about it. I just said I didn't remember signing up and asked for a refund. Lesson learned. If you're thinking about signing up, DON'T! Actual Chat log: Agent: Hi (my name)! Pawp sent a renewal reminder email to all members before their renewal date. After checking our Email Service Provider's audit log, I can confirm that this email was sent to your email address on file and verified as delivered. Your membership has been canceled, and you'll no longer be charged. You'll retain access to your membership benefits through the current annual billing period. Per our Terms of Service, we're unable to provide a refund for membership fees under any circumstances. No prior cancelation request was received nor processed prior to the charge date and time. If you have evidence of a cancelation, such as a confirmation email, please forward this information to (their email address) as soon as possible so that we can assist. We'd be happy to take a look! Me: I just looked through my emails and the only one I received was the one I just got telling me my membership was cancelled. Agent: Your membership has been canceled, and you'll no longer be charged. You'll retain access to your membership benefits through the current annual billing period. Per our Terms of Service, we're unable to provide a refund for membership fees under any circumstances.
