I purchased my 5th item from Paw’s. (2 dog beds, 3 different blankets) love how they hold up and I wash them on a regular basis, we live in the mountains. I had a bad experience with Ontrac delivery on my recent order, Ontrac customer service blew it off and I felt they didn’t take accountability( not the first time with Ontrac not receiving orders)I didn’t receive my order but paw’s stepped up and replaced my order, I give them a 5 star rating and I will continue to purchase merchandise from them.

Thank you so much for your Paw-sitively fantastic review! We're sad to hear that you had some issues with the courier that was to deliver the initial shipment. Our warehouse will receive the feedback to take to our partner carriers to try and curb this the right way and hopefully not have a reoccurrence with any of our shipments.
