First of all, these blankets are the absolute best for protecting our furniture without being an eyesore! They add texture and quality to our living room and we couldn’t be happier. For this support ticket, one of the blankets wasn’t as soft as the other blanket. I reached out to support and the team responded and resolved the concern quickly. We are more than satisfied with the outcome and look forward to shopping with you all soon!

Replaced an item immediately when it came with an issue! Easy to solve and puppies love the bed

Great customer service, I emailed about my item and they got back to me quickly and I had no trouble at all! Very happy with the service.

UPDATE: I sent a Facebook IM threatening to report them and get their ads taken down. In less than 24 hours I had a response and a refund. Apparently the item I ordered is out of stock and I 'the system' hadn't processed my refund. It has been 15 days since I placed my order and I haven't received it. The website says products will be shipped within 48 hours. Perhaps it's on a slow boat from China?? I've emailed several times with no response. I've tried to call numerous times during business hours but there is a message that there are no customer service associates available and it beeps like to leave a voice message.

Order never arrived. Customer service doesn't respond. I am out $200+ for a dog bed that I will likely never see.

I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.

the balls were delivered at 9:46 and I sent email at 10:40 regarding the damage. That was 2 weeks ago not told how to return the item Balls

I ordered a product on December 15th, received a wrong product on the 18th and called. I called back again on December 22nd. I received the same message after holding forever "there is no representative available to speak to you try your call later". I've received the same message every time I've called since after holding. I also sent a written email on 12/22/22 at 3:37 p.m. which also has not received a response. I sent a follow up email on 12/31/22 which also did not receive a response. Today is January 10th. I was forced to report this as fraud to my credit card because they gave me no other option. Save your money folks... this company is not reputable!
