Hi Kristina, I hope you are doing well. We completely understand your sentiment regarding the situation, and I’m here to assist. Unfortunately, the address you used to return the watch is not our official return address, nor is it listed as such on our website. While we understand that you wish to receive a refund, we are unable to process it without having the watch in our possession, as the returned package was sent to an incorrect address and never reached us. We sincerely hope for your kind understanding, as we are doing our best to provide a suitable resolution to this matter. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always available and ready to assist you.
