Pretty average watch, have actually seen them on Alibaba App for £20, so now I’m embarrassed to wear it. REPLY: Paul Rich watches are private label manufactured so China makes thousands of them and companies like Paul Rich buy a bulk usually 300 minimum order and stamp the logo on it. I’ve actually found most of the collection on Alibaba now. REPLY: Since you reported my review twice I removed the Alibaba link to your products just so people can still see this review and research themselves. I think it’s important your customers realise how much you mark up the items. Your false comments clearly trying to mislead this honest detailed review. REPLY: You are literally lying now to the public because its on Trustpilot for everyone to see. I haven't seen any stolen photos, everything is unbranded, anyone can go onto Alibaba and find watch manufacturer themselves and see who is really lying. I am embarrassed to wear your product because I stumbled across a supplier for a fraction of the price, they even have videos of the products you sell not pictures so your comments again are false trying to make out I am lying and spreading misinformation, the videos show your watches without your branding so they cant be 'stolen'. I am spreading awareness and this has highlighted your poor customer service once again, if you cared about the customers and believed your comments about Alibaba you'd say ill contact the suppliers on alibaba and get them removed instead of making out i'm the idiot and cleverly editing your response. My first review months ago was from you telling me a date and the watch not arriving til 3 weeks later, which is a totally fair frustration. Any customers seeing this should research beforehand and you’ll see exactly what I mean and how much Paul Rich have lied in this response. If it saves one other person making the mistake I did on a cheap product then its justice.
