Paul Rich is Such a great company, I have received my watch which later on I had problems with and they Have been so great and helpful exchanging the watch. The watch is amazing. Would 100% buy other items & recommend to friends/family. Only small complaint would be , the pictures showed the watch has a brightish green glow in the dark dial for the numbers & on the watch hands. In person it does not glow at all even when it’s pitch black.

Delivery as mentioned in the options. package without any damage or whatever the product is beautiful, comfortable and catches every eye, already bought 3 watches and I'm totally satisfied with them 1 thing I would recommend is to buy a watch modifier if you have a steel strap from ebay or ali express, so you could change the length

I got an frosted watch from PR as a present from my girlfriend! the watch looked amazing. Really shiny and easy to keep in an amazing shiny state. Amazing box and more! Saddly the watchhands fell off after awhile. Eventhiugh that happened Paul Rich responded within a few hours with many solutions! They were very friendly and together we got an solution! So far still really happy with Paul Rich and looking forward to buy my next watch from them to add to my collection!

Extremely disappointed, terrible customer support and even worse business management. Being an early customer(2021) and active ambassador of the brand, I’m now abandoned without any support when one part of the watch has broken, being told that the company won’t fix it, that the company doesn’t have a replacement. Very very disappointed and extremely frustrated.
