Ordered in December… 1. Did NOT get in time for Christmas!! 2. The phone number listed for this company is NOT a working number. 3. You CANNOT speak to a human for any questions, complaints or concerns. 4. Pins fell out of the wrist band. I had to EMAIL this company on 3/18/24 to inquire about repairs. Received an email back on 3/19/24 requesting pictures, sent them immediately and now it has been 4 days of NO RESPONSE to my follow up emails. I will say, the COSMIC SILVER watch is beautiful… although is in a box… broken.

Very mediocre quality watch... Do not wear into any depth water, rated 5 or 10 ATM (I don't remember) but it doesn't keep water out of case at any depth. Not really happy with my purchase. Looks ok but 0 functionality.

Currently, while the watch is rated for 5ATM, we highly advise our customers to avoid any contact with liquid near the watch, especially if the crown is not properly seated or pushed in.
