Absolutely disappointed in this florist. I placed an order Thursday December 9th for delivery on December 14th. Got an email and text on Saturday asking me how my order was. It WAS NOT delivered. I called this morning to find out where the order was and at the same exact time they called me on my cell phone to tell me "supply chain issue's" were making it so they could not process my order and I should get my refund in 10 to 14 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 14 days to get a refund us baloney.

If I could give less than a 1, I would!!! I called at 9:00am to have flowers sent on Dec. 11th to have flowers delivered that day for a birthday. The recipient was only in Las Vegas for one day. I was assured that the flowers would be taken to the hotel no later than 5pm. At 1:30, I received a phone call that they could not reach the concierge at the hotel ( The Bellagio was the hotel and the concierge told me there is someone there from 8 to 5 and that in the event there is not, the Bell Desk and the Registration Desk always has someone there.) Patricias Petals said they needed the phone number of the recipient. I explained to them she was not available by phone as she was at her daughters' wedding. They told me, its okay, don't worry, we promise she will have them. We are 15 minutes from the hotel, we will just take them there; this was at 1:30pm of the same day. As of today, 2 days later, there are no flowers, the hotel has confirmed they were NEVER delivered there and the recipient has never seen them either. My credit card was charged. After sending Patricia's Petals an email because they do NOT answer their phone, I received this reply: "We have requested the delivery details for this order and will try our best to get back to you once we receive an update on our end. Thank you for your understanding. Harry Patricia's Petals" That was sent to me at 7:30am on December 13th it is now 3:36pm and I have not heard anything nor can I reach them by phone. I have contacted my bank to have the transaction disputed; do not use them!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They represent themselves as local but they are not! I ordered a large funeral arrangement for $170. It was half the size, was missing irises, gladiolas, the lillies were buds-nothing open, and they used red carnations instead of roses. They had 2 days to deliver and after calling 8 times they delivered 15 minutes before the funeral service! And they left it outside because they said they were too busy to take it inside! Such an embarrassment. I had to text my cousin whose mother died that the flowers from her only surviving brother were outside. These people are horrible and don't care about any customer. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. Had thought they were a local business in Bentonville, Ark where my dad lives. Along with Terry's florist, they both lied to me as I was sending flowers to my o do anything else and called to inform me they had no flowers, and would not refund 3-5 days later on credit card. Both companies very nefarious.

I looked online and it appeared to be a local florist. I called and was put on hold for a long time. When the person answered his english was barely understandable. Bad sign. I went ahead and ordered after he told me they were 10 minutes away from the delivery sight. He said it would be delivered today. Two hours later he called me and said they did not have the flowers if i wanted and i could cancel or take different flowers he attempted to describe again with very poor english. I reluctantly went ahead and now wished i had canceled. Stay away from this business!

Wow did I blow it. From the website it looked like the florist was local. Couldn't be further from the truth. They didn't meet the delivery date and time and when setting up for the following day they didn't make that either. Called several times for an update and the last time they hung up on me!

I found the site online and called to make sure that they were located close enough and they deliver flowers to my cousins funeral before the service. I spoke with someone who was very friendly and helpful and they said they would get the order to the funeral home in time. I received a call 19 minutes before the funeral time notifying me that they couldn’t fulfill the order. This left me no time to contact another florist. If they had any doubts they should have told me when I placed the order or at least first thing this morning, not 19 minutes before the service began! I am absolutely furious!

Liars to the 100th power. They’re not from USA. They use your credit card and your money for overnight investment. Complete waste of time and money.
