Horrific!! Buy your makeup from someone else. Ordered 3 lipsticks, took over 4 weeks to be dispatched and then only two turned up. I cannot get hold of anyone on email or Instagram - I keep emailing and messaging and have had no reply.

Takes more than 15days to get email responsed.

It appears I am lucky. I made three Pat McRath orders between the 29th November and 11th December, all arrived in roughly around a fortnight from the date I ordered. I was actually impressed how quickly they were delivered and that shipping was free. The lipsticks and lipbalms I ordered are great quality and I like them. I wouldn't pay full price for them though. 2 lipsticks have what I think is wax bloom, where wax has moved to the outside due to temperature change. I don't mind this as does not impact the quality. I haven't had to contact customer service who do seem a nightmare to deal with going by reviews on here

I placed an order on the 05/12, hoping to get beauty products delivered before Christmas for gifts for other people. Today is the 01/01 and they still haven’t arrived. Sent an email to chase, but it’s been ignored. Save your hard earned money and spend it where they know how to treat their customers. Products are overpriced anyway!!

I’m so disappointed with Pat McGrath, I placed my order on the 6th of December for a mini set trio and a lipstick. I was notified that it would be delayed, which I understood with Christmas fast approaching. I finally received my order on the 21st only be disappointed by the fact only one of my items has been delivered. I’ve emailed the customer service, but has yet to receive a response. This is totally not acceptable for a luxury brand to charge customers for items they have not received.

accidentally made a double order (my fault, thought the first one didn’t process because page closed) and emailed customer service within 20mins of the 1st confirmation email on Dec 15 asking to cancel it and refund me. Told they would try. 9 working days (13 calendar days) later I got an email saying BOTH shipped, now both are here with me and they plan on charging me for shipping (USD$20) to return an item I asked them not to ship in the first place. If it was shipped on the same day, even 3 max? I would kind of understand. 9 is f***ing ridiculous and absolutely atrocious. Her products may be amazing but it’s just not worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM edit: was in contact with customer service, got ghosted for a week only for them to tell me that too bad they wont refund me unless i mail back the items and pay shipping fees. worst customer service EVER

I placed two orders with Pat McGrath and was so keen on trying her lipsticks and lipglosses. My first order arrived after a month of waiting ( I didn't mind the wait times) but one of my lipsticks were missing and I haven't been refunded for it. I have messaged customer service twice but they haven't responded and its been 2 weeks. My second order has yet to be shipped out and I placed the order Dec 1st. No one is replying to my emails about where my money has gone or where my goods are. I am so confused because I expected excellent customer service from a brand like Pat's as she charges $100+ for her palettes and $53AUD for her lip balms and can definitely afford a larger team to pack and answer customer enquiries. I have been patient for a while, and I dont even mind waiting 2 months for the goods, I just haven't received any transparency as to what is going on.

For a premium brand the service is the worst I have received. I’ve never written a review on Trust Pilot before but the constant inept service and total disregard for customers’ hard-earned money drove me to do so. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service from PM service team, but I had put it down to isolated incidents. Now it’s just not okay anymore and obviously a pattern. If this was a low-end brand or a company in a certain country people would say “ah well but what did you expect”. But this is a brand at the highest end of the market fronted by a respected and talented make-up artist who is a MBE. So it’s all the more disappointing that I have to write this review. I’m not really bothered by the fact my order took weeks to arrive (it’s an exceptionally busy time and items are arriving internationally). What is not acceptable is that when items are missing from the order, despite being charged for them, there is no response from customer service and no refund. None at all. Ignored via emails and on Instagram DMs (where you are directed to go). This has put me off the brand as I now have no confidence that my money will be refunded when items are just not sent. I refuse to “follow” a brand I no longer have confidence in. When you pay premium prices for a luxury brand, you expect a service that reflects the confidence that you have placed in the brand not only as to performance of the products but also the entire customer service experience. I’m sure they are good at sending items to influencers but for those who actually spend their money it’s not acceptable to take a customer’s money and not actually provide the product or refund the money if the item isn’t available. I will now be raising a dispute with my bank to obtain the refund as I have the packing note showing the items were not packed but have been charged the full amount. This also takes time and, sure, we are all at home more now, but we also don’t want to spend hours trying to get money back that we are legally entitled to. Yes, customers also have a life and their time is also valuable. Other international brands have performed so much better over this holiday period so there is no excuse I can possible give them in my mind this time.
