The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed two orders on the 6th December (before they said that any orders placed after 10th December won't arrive in time for Christmas) for both the UK and US. I've chased them countless times and nobody has responded to any emails. No idea where the US package is and I finally received the UK package today (almost one month later) and only 2 out of 3 items are there, even though the dispatch note stated that all items are included. Now I need to work for a refund - doubt I'll be getting that back! Disgraceful service, avoid like the plague. Will never shop here again.

Placed an order on the 2nd of December and the website indicated that orders placed after December 10 will be received after Christmas.... I guess not!!! I haven’t received it however they took my money right away! For a premium brand they have the worst customer service. I definitely will never order from Pat McGrath again and will 100% not be recommending to my friends!!!

Same as most of the other reviews here. I placed an order in the Black Friday sales. Finally received the order on Christmas Eve, missing two items. Emailed customer service who didn’t respond to my emails until I sent an Instagram message. I was told with little apology via a copy pasted message that the items were out of stock and I’ll be refunded. So if I had not kept pestering, I wouldn’t have received a refund?? What’s worse is I can see the items I ordered are still in stock at the sale price on the website! Horrible customer service which is such a shame as the products are amazing.

Extremely poor customer care. I ordered items that were not sent to me even though I paid for them. The customer service team are shocking & offer little to no help at all.

I have placed my order on begging of December and yet I have received it. Contacted the customer care like a week ago, asking for a status of my order and until now nobody has contacted me. It's the first time ordering from this website and it looks like it's going to be the last one. The have to improve the customer care.

Had the same experience with the other reviewers. Placed the order on Dec 10, not one hint that this was going to be delivered after Xmas in their website, and I did not even receive a confirmation email for my order. Then I contacted the customer service only to receive a generic email that they might take a couple of days to respond (they still haven’t) citing that any order placed AFTER the 10th won’t make it on time for Xmas (mine was on the 10th). Then I received another generic email from them saying that “as stated in their website” any orders after... the 5th (LOL) won’t make it for Xmas. Now I am seeing reviewers even from the 30th of November saying the same. I finally got a message from the delivery company that they will deliver on the 30th of December. To this day, I STILL have not received an order confirmation OR dispatch email from Pat McGrath. I know that they are supposed to be this amazing high-end brand, but their service is well below average and I will definitely never bother again, unless I am feeling like ordering a lipstick that will be a total surprise when it arrives, because I will not remember (or have any proof of) what I ordered, and it will arrive months later (and I am saying all that hoping that the parcel will actually be delivered, but of course, one never knows...) Edit: I am adding one extra star because I finally just received the products (on the 30th) and they are indeed as amazing as expected, great packaging and great quality, so if not in a hurry, I guess it’s still worth the trouble EDIT 2: BACK TO ONE STAR BECAUSE I JUST CHECKED MY ORDER DETAILS AND I AM ACTUALLY MISSING 2 PRODUCTS (OUT OF 7) I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FUN EXPERIENCE OF TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, CONSIDERING THAT THEY NEVER REPLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOONE IN THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEM TO HAVE MANAGED TO GET A REFUND. SO I AM BACK DOWN TO ONE STAR AND WHAT CAN I SAY: you have all been warned, stay away

Placed an order on the 30th of November and it’s the end of December and I haven’t received it. They took my money right away, though. For such a premium brand they have terrible customer service and attitude. Will not purchase again from them.

Terrible experience, I'm so disappointed. I ordered my items on the 5th December 2020 and it is now 28th December and I still haven't received. They took weeks and weeks just to ship, with no real explanation or justification. Every part of the process has been an ordeal. I've contacted customer services who haven't been much help, they never replied on the official customer services email so I contacted them on social media instead in the end. Eventually my parcel was finally sent - hallelujah - delivery was estimated for Tuesday 29th Dec, however when I've looked at the tracking my parcel has been sent back and forth from USA to China to the UK then back to China via Germany then back to UK in some bizzare, confused route which gives me no hope that I'll receive it by the specified date (or at all). Tracking alludes to some sort of 'clearance' problem but of course it's like the da vinci code trying to work out what this means. DHL are horrendous to get in contact with (of course) so I'm now dealing with not just one awful company but two. Let's just hope that when my parcel is eventually delivered all the items are there, from looking at other reviews I don't have too much hope that they will be. Never ever ordering from Pat McGrath again and will 100% not be recommending to my friends and family.
