It took a couple of months, multiple contacts with customer service and three separate shipments but I now have a lovely set of new cushions. In normal times, this wouldn't be a 4-star experience, but given difficult pandemic conditions, I will cut them some slack. I appreciated that the same customer service professional tracked my case all the way through and didn't give up until things were made right. Kudos to him!

I purchased dining chairs, received a confirmation right away with a estimated delivery date. The chairs arrived earlier, and the transportation company was very professional. I love the chairs and I will order again from PatioHQ!!

The product was excellent. Custom outdoor sunbrella fabric cushion fit perfect and the quality of the insert is top-notch. The service was good. The only issue was that I didn't receive any email notifications. They kept saying they were in my spam but there was nothing there. But they returned all calls which is how I kept track of my purchase.

Ordering cushions on the website was very easy. Cushions arrived earlier than we expected and look great. Delivery service was excellent!

The Counter Height Bar Stools we received were delivered ahead of schedule, which was great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a little narrower than other stools, they don't have leg adjusters to compensate for uneven floors and lastly, the Sunbrella Cushions were not available at this time. Otherwise the price and quality seem to be good.
