I would rate this company a 0 star if it was available. I first placed an order for 1 dining chair at the end of April. The order was delivered in a timely manner and the chair was what I expected. On 5/2/26, I placed an order for 7 add'l dining chairs, a sofa, 2 swivel chairs, 2 ottomans and 2 side tables. I also placed an order for 8 seat cushions. The order showed a delivery date of 5/19/26. After many calls and emails to Patio HQ, I've been lied to multiple times about the progress of my orders and delivery dates. I am now ready to contact the BBB and my credit card company to cancel this order. They were very quick when it came to charging my credit card for the entire order. Buyer beware! Don't waste your time even looking at this company!

I wish I came accross this site before I placed my order. I purchased cushions for my bench for an upcoming birthday party, and paid for expedited shipping, as it was supposed to be arriving in 5-7 business days. A day before the original delivery date, I got an email saying there was an unexpected delay, and that now the order will be sent in the future. After a nightmare ordeal with their customer service (don't bother with their chat) and a 30 minute phone call (25 minutes of hold time, 5 minutes of conversation), I was informed that they had a higher than usual volume of orders and there were delays. I call bullshit, especially after reading similar experiences from other customers. The customer service rep. did not even offer to at least refund the shipping costs until I told her that it was the bare minimum they could do for the inconvenience. This is a shame, but it's a great way to ensure I will never buy anything from them again.

I was told on the site my cushions would be delivered in 4 weeks I am now being told it will be over 8 weeks I needed the for a Family party. Not very happy now. The web site does not update delivery status !!!!

I ordered a few weeks ago and we are already missing the first delivery date it’s now not the 18th of June but the 29th . It still only says processing . After reading all the reviews I am very worried and feel like I should just cancel instead of going through all the stress and turmoil . I was so excieted to order the love seat . We are a retired couple on a fixed income and this was a special gift to ourselfs . I am now freaking out that we have been scammed . That is a lot of money to us . Fingers crossed they fulfill the order in a timely fashion

Finally cancelled my order that was placed on 4/28 as the shipping date kept getting pushed back, now estimated 7/30. The customer service chat only works intermittently. Terrible experience.

When I placed my order on 24 May I was told 5 days to delivery. Then I got an email saying 6 June. Then another email saying 15 June. Then no contact. And no response to 3 emails, 4 attempts to phone customer service, and 45 minutes waiting for a response on LiveChat.

Starting to think this company is a scam. Ordered outdoor cushions for a client, paid for expedited shipping, the website promised delivery in 2 weeks. Phone call after phone call, I was told next week, week after week. Called today was told it was in 'final stages of shipping' but that it won't ship for 3 more weeks. Customer service is terrible, doesn't provide answers, just promises and dates that they don't stand by. SCAM.

There’s no way to leave a zero stars!! RUN DONT WALK. Delay after delay…no answers, not helpful, orders ship from Atlanta or overseas…I call BS!!!! I’m going to contest with my credit card!!!!
