Bought a piece of art and after not receiving it for 5 months tried to cancel. They refused. Wrote to the Ceo and never got a reply. I finally received it after 9 months. Was lied to and totally disrespected. BEWARE!!!

Not what I expected
So, I went to the auction for the free drink. That’s it. I had no idea art auctions were even a thing on cruises.
I ended up going back. And then again. I kept asking about piece after piece and Ronél Ströh never made me feel like I was wasting her time.
Over the course of the trip she really learned my taste and found a stunning painting by Jim Warren. She Tracked it down in the catalog, wasn’t even on the ship. She just knew I’d want it.
Over different days she explained the difference between lithographs, serigraphs, hand-embellished pieces. I price-checked in front of her, never felt embarrassed. Didn’t buy until basically the last day. Zero pressure, ever. I Left with two Kre8s, a Peter Max, a Fazzino, and that Warren.
About the pricing, yes it’s above street market, but the frames alone are stunning. I tried framing the complimentary lithographs I received and got a reality check fast on what framing actually costs. So honestly, the framing alone and when you include shipping is already at least 250+
everything arrived faster than I expected, beautifully packed. No issues whatsoever.
One thing nobody mentions: once you buy, suddenly everyone on the ship has an auction story. There’s this whole little art community that forms onboard. Genuinely fun.
Go for the free drink. See what happens. I sincerely smile every time I see these prices and am so glad and feel cool to say I own fine art.
Thanks Park west and thanks especially Ronnie.

Horrible Service
We have purchased several pieces from Park West and delivery from FedEx has been atrocious at best. Several months ago the driver forged our signature with no apologies or discounts. Currently we are attempting to have several art works delivered by FedEx but they refuse to set up an appointment, but just show up unannounced and Park West has done nothing except say they will follow-up with their representative from FedEx and yet over a week and nothing!! Horrible service once they get paid which is when the item ships not when it is received. STAY AWAY

misrepresentation
I purchased a Salvador Dalí “Destino No. 62” print from Park West Gallery during a cruise auction in July 2025.
At the auction, I was told I was purchasing a numbered edition. However, the artwork I received was an HC (hors commerce) proof, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. This distinction was only apparent after delivery.
There were also issues with the framing. The frame I received differed from what was shown at the auction and from comparable Park West examples, and the piece arrived with visible debris inside the frame.
I raised these concerns promptly and provided documentation. While Park West did offer to accept a return, they required me to pay return shipping costs. I did not believe it was appropriate to incur out-of-pocket expenses to return an item that differed from what was represented.
For context, I purchased another artwork from Park West at the same time and had no issues with that transaction. My concerns are specific to this piece.
The matter was ultimately resolved through my credit card company.
I would encourage prospective buyers to carefully review all documentation and clarify details such as edition type and framing before completing a purchase.

What a Fraudulent Company
What a Fraudulent Company. They ly and they cheet. On 26 of february 2026, I bought a big repreduction painting of Thomas Kinkade on the cruise ship (the Norwegion Escape). I paid €1200 for it, which is far to much. But I definately wanted to buy it for my granddaughter.
They send me a very small picture (1/4 of the original size). THis size was never in the exposition on the ship.
The answers on several of my letters of objection were a FRAUD !!!
DON'DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I can not say much about my Park West…
I can not say much about my Park West prints which I grossly overpaid for but I am looking forward to my upcoming six cruises we just booked. I will not miss Park West's free champagne or clown show. Maybe this time the auctioneer will speak better English but it looks like Park West does not hire Americans. Maybe that explains how this company operates. But what the heck if I am entertained. Look forward to the clown show.

Utterly disgusted with this company!
I am so disgusted with this company. I purchased an art piece while on a cruise and upon arriving home had a family medical emergency that greatly affected my finances. I reached out to Park West Galleries explaining my family’s situation and asked them to not send the art because I would not be able to pay for it. I sent them ALL the documents they requested concerning my situation including pics and medical bills. They still sent the art piece MULTIPLE times to each time I refused delivery of it. I have continually been harassed via letters, phone calls,

Norwegian Bliss Cruise Line X Park West Gallery
Had an amazing experience on the Norwegian Bliss cruise line with Park West Gallery. Okeim Richards was an amazing Gallery Director. He was very knowledgable about every piece of art and gave details that enhanced the art viewing and buying experience. I bought 4 pieces.
